InnovateX Global

Tech Builders Ukraine is a partner in InnovateX Global, an international initiative aimed at empowering young people in the fields of technology and innovative entrepreneurship. The program is supported by the European Union and brings together organizations from Germany, Lithuania, Italy, Georgia, Armenia, and Ukraine.

What is this project about?

InnovateX Global is an international learning and hands-on initiative built to support young people who aspire to launch their own tech startups, create innovative products, and enter the global market.

The project combines education, mentorship, and cross-cultural exchange to guide young entrepreneurs from idea to prototype and, eventually, to launching their own ventures. Participants gain practical knowledge in areas such as startup management, digital marketing, design thinking, investor relations, and team building.

Who Will Benefit from the Project?

  • Young entrepreneurs under 35 who are looking to launch a tech startup, test a new idea, or scale an existing venture. Through this project, they’ll gain access to hands-on knowledge, mentorship, and an international support network.
  • Mentors, business experts, and educators who want to share their experience with the next generation of innovators. The project offers them modern tools for working with young entrepreneurs and the opportunity to engage in a global learning community.
  • Youth organizations, innovation hubs, and educational initiatives working in the fields of entrepreneurship, technology, and non-formal education. They’ll be able to strengthen their youth support programs, adopt new learning tools, and join a network of international partners.

What’s Been Done So Far?

  • In February 2025, partners from seven countries launched the project, aligning on shared goals, assigning responsibilities, and outlining the main implementation phases.
  • In May 2025, the Tech Builders Ukraine team hosted an online focus group with youth organizations, entrepreneurs, educators, and mentors. The session uncovered valuable insights into the specific knowledge gaps and tools needed by those supporting young innovators at the early stages.
  • Currently, the partner organizations are developing educational materials and methodologies that will soon be available to young people and participating organizations across all partner countries.

What’s Next?

  • Development of a training program for youth workers — including professional mentors, educators, and hub representatives working with young people (May – October 2025).
  • Mentor selection and launch of hands-on training for young entrepreneurs — including workshops, case studies, business idea development, and initial pitch sessions.
  • Creation of the online platform “Virtual Business Incubator” — a digital environment for learning, networking, and supporting early-stage startups.
  • Preparation of the international business forum — EU–Eastern Neighbourhood Business Education Forum, bringing together young entrepreneurs, experts, and organizations from the EU and Eastern Partnership countries.
