Tech Women Community

Tech Women Community is an invite-only space for women already in strategic or leadership roles in tech — or those actively moving toward them. We’ve created a safe, empowering environment where members can share insights, ask for advice, invest in personal growth, and support others navigating similar paths.

Why This Community Exists:
The tech world is constantly evolving. And although the need for women in leadership is growing, many still face a lack of support, networking, and a sense of belonging in the industry. We’ve seen how valuable it is to connect with others who understand the realities of this journey — professionally and personally.

Tech Women Community was born in response to that need. It’s a space where conversations about leadership, career barriers, team management, burnout, work-life balance, and success are real, honest, and free from stereotypes or judgment.

What You’ll Find Here:

  • Workshops and closed-door sessions with senior leaders, founders, product leads, HR experts, and other accomplished women in tech.
  • Mentorship opportunities through a peer-to-peer program that fosters growth, shared experience, and mutual inspiration.
  • Candid conversations about real challenges — team leadership, discrimination, self-perception, imposter syndrome, and more.
  • A private Telegram channel for ongoing connection, sharing opportunities, job openings, questions, and advice.

This is more than a network — it’s a support system designed by and for women navigating the complexities of tech leadership.

Who Is This Community For?

  • Women already in leadership roles at tech companies or startups.
  • Team leads, product managers, CTOs, CEOs, COOs, Heads of HR, project managers, and other professionals with both experience and meaningful questions.
  • Women preparing for leadership — those seeking a space to grow into management roles without pressure or performative expectations.

Why a “Closed Circle”?

Because trust matters. Members need space to share personal experiences, complex challenges, and honest stories.
This isn’t a place for self-promotion — it’s a space for deep exchange, mutual support, and authentic professional growth.

What’s Been Done So Far?

  • Hosted three online sessions with women leaders from Ukraine, exploring the challenges of leading tech teams.
  • Launched an internal mentorship program with 20 active participants.
  • Collected the first personal case stories from members — about internal shifts, growing confidence, and stepping into new leadership roles.
  • Signed memorandums of cooperation with two partner organizations that promote women’s leadership in STEM.
